Who we are

Tampa Life Church is a registered DBA of Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church, Inc., an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious organization. Our website is tampalife.church, and our campus is located at 10930 N US HWY 301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.

Information you choose to share

When you complete a form, contact us, plan a visit, request baptism, register for a class, volunteer, join our email list, or use chat, we may collect the information you submit. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, birth date, requested dates, ministry interests, message, and an optional photograph.

Website forms are sent securely to Planning Center, where church staff use them to respond to your request and support your involvement. Chat messages are handled through LeadConnector. Event details, community groups, and online giving are provided through Subsplash; information entered in those services is also governed by their privacy terms.

Giving and payment information

Online donations are processed by Subsplash. Tampa Life Church does not receive or store your full card or bank-account number through this website.

Website activity and cookies

Our website is hosted by Wix. Wix and our embedded services may use cookies, device information, IP addresses, and similar technologies to keep the site secure, understand traffic, remember preferences, and make embedded features work. You can limit cookies in your browser, although some features may not work as intended.

Embedded and linked services

This site may display or link to content from Subsplash, Planning Center, YouTube, Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LeadConnector. Opening or interacting with those services may allow them to receive technical information about your visit. Their own privacy policies govern their handling of that information.

We use information to answer inquiries, coordinate visits and ministry participation, maintain church records, communicate about relevant church activities, process donations, improve the website, and meet legal or safety obligations. We share information only with authorized staff, ministry leaders, service providers that help us perform these functions, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for ministry, administrative, legal, and financial purposes. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information, but no website or online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our public website is intended for a general audience. A parent or legal guardian should submit information on behalf of a child. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.

Your choices and questions

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information we control, subject to legal and ministry recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask to stop nonessential communications.
